Step back into the Adirondacks of September 1901 and meet Theodore Roosevelt interpreter Joe Wiegand at Newcomb’s historic MacNaughton Cottage.

Joe will arrive at the cottage as Theodore Roosevelt, returning from his hike up Mount Marcy—recreating the setting of the dramatic events that soon propelled Roosevelt into the presidency. It’s a unique opportunity to experience Adirondack and presidential history brought to life through one of the nation’s best-known Theodore Roosevelt interpreters.
