Joe Wiegand (TR) will re-enact Theodore Roosevelt's swearing in as our 26th President in Buffalo as he journeyed to the White House after President McKinley died in Buffalo. Local residents will dress in period as they re-enact the event on NCS's stage. Joe will continue acting as the President as he speaks to the audience and takes questions following the event.
