📚 December Book Spotlight 📚

The December selection for the Newcomb Book Discussion Group is The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto by Mitch Albom, the bestselling author of Tuesdays with Morrie and The Five People You Meet in Heaven.

Narrated by Music itself, the novel tells the extraordinary story of Frankie Presto, a gifted guitarist whose remarkable life takes him from a childhood in war-torn Spain to the stages of the American music world. Along the way, Frankie crosses paths with legendary musicians, experiences love and loss, and discovers the mysterious power of six magical blue strings on his guitar.

Blending music, history, love, and a touch of magic, The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto explores the ways our lives are connected and the lasting impact we can have on others—sometimes without ever realizing it.

Now is a great time to pick up a copy and start reading. We look forward to discussing this moving and imaginative novel together in December. Happy reading! 📖
