Marriage licenses are issued by appointment only.

Marriage License Requirements

Applicants must provide:

• Proof of age (original or certified birth certificate or certified transcript)

• Social Security cards

• Valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport)

• Certified divorce decree or dissolution certificate for any previous marriages

Fees

• $40 fee payable to the Town of Newcomb
