The Town Clerk is the Records Access Officer for the Town of Newcomb.

How to Submit a FOIL Request

• Requests must be submitted in writing

• Requests may be mailed or delivered to the Clerk’s Office

Fees

• $0.25 per page (up to 9” x 14”)

• Larger or specialized records may incur actual reproduction costs

⚠️ FOIL does not apply to court records.
