Transfer Station Notice - In an effort to remain fiscally responsible, beginning January 1, 2026, all vehicles must display a Transfer Station Permit in a location that is easily visible to the Attendant. Transfer Station permit cling-on decals have been mailed to residents. Additional decals are available at the Town Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you already have a valid permit, please ensure it is properly displayed on your vehicle. If you need assistance obtaining a permit—particularly with matters involving Construction and Demolition (C&D) materials—please contact codes@newcombny.gov or 518-582-3211 ext. 1004. The Town of Newcomb 2024 Transfer Station Policy can be found on our website at www.newcombny.gov under Municipal Documents → Policies. We appreciate your cooperation as we implement these updates to safeguard taxpayer funds and ensure efficient operations.
